We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Are you a motivated individual looking for a new opportunity? Do you have maintenance skills? The Housing Company has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician at Maple Grove Apartments and Seltice Place apartments in Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls, Idaho! We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to bring their expertise to our team.


In This Role, You Will:

  • Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings
  • Complete apartment turns in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal
  • Work on the overall maintenance of the complex, as well as other complexes as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

This is a great opportunity for someone with prior experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and/or groundskeeping!
