Job description

As a Performance Facebook/Tiktok Media Buyer, you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns on TikTok and or Facebook. You will work closely with our creative team to test ad concepts, analyze performance metrics, and scale campaigns to meet client or internal KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Buying Campaign Management

    • Plan, launch, and manage TikTok and Facebook ad campaigns with daily optimizations.

    • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to meet CPA/ROAS targets.

    • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.

  • Strategy Planning

    • Develop full-funnel paid media strategies tailored to brand goals and customer journeys.

    • Collaborate on campaign calendar planning with product and creative stakeholders.

  • Creative Collaboration

    • Work with content creators, UGC partners, and internal design teams to ideate and brief high-performing ad creatives.

    • Analyze creative performance data to inform future iterations and creative direction.

  • Analytics Reporting

    • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and LTV.

    • Build performance reports and present insights, optimizations, and results to stakeholders.

    • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) for in-depth attribution and impact analysis.

  • Innovation Learning

    • Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats.

    • Continuously test new features, trends, and strategies for scalable growth.


Qualifications

  • Experience managing paid social campaigns, with a strong focus on TikTok and Facebook.

  • Proven track record of managing $10K+/month budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

  • Expertise in TikTok Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager (Meta Ads).

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to derive insights from data and act on them.

  • Experience with creative performance analysis and working with creative teams.

  • Knowledge of tracking and attribution methods (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, UTM parameters).
