Job description

The Online Campaign Manager role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical, creative and communication skills. The successful candidate should have exceptional project management skills and thrive working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. He or she should have experience or knowledge about running Facebook campaigns and other online marketing campaigns. Responsibilities A few of the key responsibilities will be: Lead and manage Facebook ad campaigns that will have a measurable impact on our agency clients from planning stage to completion Create and manage media budgets for all campaigns Brief creative teams and develop campaign creative assets Monitor and optimize online campaigns Build and implement media plans with analytics to assess the impact of our campaigns on driving business objectives Work seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders such as creative agencies, PMDs, and media and measurement teams to bring campaigns to market Key measures of success Optimization of campaign click-thru rates, conversion rates, and bid management Campaign performance against target KPI's Profit margin on campaigns Tools we utilize Qualifications Bachelor in Marketing or a quantitative discipline; advanced degree a plus Deep knowledge about Facebook's marketing platform Minimum of three (3) years of integrated online marketing experience. Expertise in working with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad networks & aggregators, ad servers and web analytics platforms Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies and iterative test-and-learn optimization practices Experience with online ad serving concepts (CPM/CPA/RTB/ROI), video, mobile and social Sharp eye for detail and proven project management skills Comfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment Outstanding written and oral communications skills Fluency in mathematical concepts relevant to media planning and purchasing Critical thinking and problem solving capabilities High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and relevant reporting tools Experience with the following tools is a plus: Facebook Power Editor, Facebook Ad Manager, Flashtalking Adserver, Google Adwords #J-18808-Ljbffr
