Job description

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our, focused facade design team. Reporting to the Design Director, you will contribute to residential and mixed-use development projects by assisting with facade design, 3D modeling, material selection, and client presentations. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills using industry-standard software such as Rhino and Revit in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop facade designs for residential and mixed-use projects
  • Create detailed 3D models to support design concepts
  • Select appropriate materials in coordination with the design team
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams and clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • High-level experience in facade design
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related design field
