Job description

Manufacturing Product Manager - Modular MEP Systems The Purpose of Your Role as a Manufacturing Product Manager

You will own manufactured products from idea through long‑term performance. This role is responsible for turning modular mechanical systems into real, repeatable offerings that can be built in the shop and sold to customers.

You’ll work across the full lifecycle, from early concept and design through production, launch, and ongoing improvement. The goal is to create products that are not just engineered well, but are practical to build, cost effective, and scalable over time.

What You’ll Be Part Of

You will sit in the middle of how products come to life, working across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, estimating, and sales.

  • Leading products from concept through prototype, production release, and ongoing support
  • Coordinating with engineering, shop leadership, and supply chain to ensure products are buildable and repeatable
  • Defining product scope, requirements, and standard configurations to support consistent estimating and manufacturing
  • Supporting supplier and component decisions alongside purchasing and external partners
  • Driving improvements after launch based on shop feedback, customer input, and cost or quality performance

Overall, you’ll help move the business toward more product‑driven manufacturing while still working within a practical, evolving environment.

What We’re Looking For in You
  • Experience developing physical, manufactured products in fabrication or modular environments
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM‑driven products, and supply chain coordination
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority
  • Comfortable working from early concept through production and real‑world feedback
  • Experience commercializing products for external customers preferred
  • Exposure to manufacturing cost structures and pricing valued

This role is for someone who wants full ownership of a product, not just a phase of it. Someone who can connect design, manufacturing, and business needs into something that actually works in the field and in the shop.

What We’re Looking For in You
  • Senior leadership experience overseeing multi‑facility manufacturing or fabrication operations.
  • A solid background in mechanical fabrication, modular construction, or industrialized construction.
  • Strong understanding of plant operations, capacity planning, and production flow
  • Ability to influence and align teams across regions
  • Experience working across manufacturing, engineering, and construction environments
  • A practical, outcomes‑focused approach to leadership

This position calls for someone who wants control at a systems level. Someone who can bring structure, drive performance, and help shape how manufacturing grows across the business.

Benefits
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401K with company match
  • Vacation time, sick time, and paid holidays

The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
