FabFitFun is a dynamic consumer platform operating at the intersection of commerce, product, and community. With a broad ecosystem spanning subscription, e-commerce, and brand partnerships, the company continues to scale through innovation in customer experience, operations, and technology-including the integration of AI across its workflows.
FabFitFun is hiring a Counsel to serve as a core legal partner across the business. Working closely with the General Counsel, this role is embedded across functions and supports a wide range of legal matters spanning commercial transactions, marketing compliance, product development, privacy, and dispute resolution.
This is a true generalist role, designed for a lawyer who operates with strong judgment and practical instincts. You will advise on high-volume, high-impact commercial agreements across the business, including supply chain, licensing, marketing, and technology arrangements. You will partner directly with operations and go-to-market teams to negotiate key deals, support vendor relationships, and help establish scalable contracting processes.
The role also plays a central part in consumer and marketing compliance, advising on advertising content, promotions, subscription programs, and emerging regulatory requirements. You will work closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure compliance with evolving consumer protection standards while enabling speed and innovation.
In parallel, you will support privacy and data governance efforts, partnering with product and technology teams to assess data practices, review vendor agreements, and contribute to the development of internal frameworks aligned with applicable privacy regulations. This includes advising on data use in product features and customer-facing experiences, including those involving AI-driven personalization.
You will also act as product counsel, guiding legal considerations from concept through launch across new features and platform updates. This includes identifying risk across intellectual property, privacy, and regulatory domains, while helping build scalable review processes that keep pace with product development.
Beyond advisory work, the role includes managing disputes and litigation through outside counsel, supporting internal investigations, and contributing to broader legal operations alongside the General Counsel.
