Customer Service Representative

Noble Company, a subsidiary of FPC International, Inc., is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining customer information, and delivering exceptional service through professional phone and email communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, and order status via phone and email
  • Process and monitor customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Maintain customer account records, notes, and documentation
  • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments to address issues
  • Provide professional, courteous, and responsive customer service
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents
  • Create, maintain, and manipulate spreadsheets and data using Microsoft Excel
  • Support online order processing, acknowledgments, and invoicing activities
  • Assist with administrative projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Analyze information and develop practical solutions to customer and operational

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
