  • Verantwortung für die Koordination und Kontrolle aller Prozessabläufe im Bar & Restaurant, Galley sowie Proviant Bereich
  • Sicherstellung eines nachhaltigen Qualitätsmanagements mit den Schwerpunkten Gäste- und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und finanzieller Performance
  • Führung und Motivation eines internationalen Teams von bis zu 300 Mitarbeitern

Dein bisheriger Kurs

  • Erfahrung in der Führung einer internationalen Crew, idealerweise auf internationalen Kreuzfahrtschiffen
  • Vorerfahrungen in den Bereichen Mentoring und Coaching
  • Serviceorientierter Gastgeber und Teamplayer mit diplomatischer Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365 und gastronomischen Systemapplikationen
  • Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denken
