Dein angesteuertes Ziel- Verantwortung für die Koordination und Kontrolle aller Prozessabläufe im Bar & Restaurant, Galley sowie Proviant Bereich
- Sicherstellung eines nachhaltigen Qualitätsmanagements mit den Schwerpunkten Gäste- und Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit und finanzieller Performance
- Führung und Motivation eines internationalen Teams von bis zu 300 Mitarbeitern
- Auswertung betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Umsetzung und Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss sowie mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im operativen F&B Bereich von Multi-Outlet Unternehmen
- Erfahrung in der Führung einer internationalen Crew, idealerweise auf internationalen Kreuzfahrtschiffen
- Vorerfahrungen in den Bereichen Mentoring und Coaching
- Serviceorientierter Gastgeber und Teamplayer mit diplomatischer Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office 365 und gastronomischen Systemapplikationen
