About the Role

This role delivers digital, data, and project management expertise in support of large capital projects, with a focus on cost engineering, scheduling, and project controls. The position integrates strong digital fluency, hands-on experience with modern data ecosystems, and an understanding of cost and schedule processes used across major projects. The successful candidate will design, enhance, and implement digital tools, predictive analytics, and automated workflows that improve cost accuracy, schedule predictability, and overall project competitiveness for Global Projects.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the digital modernization of cost and schedule processes across Global Projects, including data structures, automation, analytics, and integration of project controls tools.
  • Design and deliver digital solutions—including tools, predictive models, dashboards, and benchmarking platforms—that strengthen estimate quality, schedule credibility, and overall project predictability.
  • Apply project management principles to define requirements, plan and execute work, manage stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional deliverables for digital initiatives.
  • Enhance cost and schedule insight and decision-making by integrating market intelligence, historical project data, performance trends, and key risk drivers into scalable digital solutions.
  • Collaborate across project controls, cost and schedule engineering, engineering, business, and digital organizations to ensure solutions align with enterprise digital standards and long-term scalability.
  • Enable adoption and change management, ensuring project teams successfully integrate new tools and modernized cost and schedule work processes into day-to-day execution.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or related technical field.
  • 6–10+ years supporting large capital projects, major engineering projects, construction, or industrial investments.
  • Direct experience in cost engineering, estimating, scheduling, or project controls.
  • Experience executing digital, data, or analytics projects.
  • Demonstrated project management capability, including planning, coordinating deliverables, managing stakeholders, and working within structured project processes.
  • Proven digital fluency, with hands on experience in modern data environments, workflow automation, or analytics-driven process improvement.
  • Working knowledge of cost estimating, project scheduling, work breakdown structures, and project controls methodologies used in large capital projects.
    • Proficiency in digital and analytics tools such as:
      • Power BI, SQL, Python, Snowflake or similar cloud‑based data warehouses
      • Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation tools
      • Experience with cost control (EcoSys) and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6) is desirable
    • Understand digital ecosystems, data structures, APIs, automation frameworks, and integration methods that support project control systems.
