Ultima Plastics is a thermoplastic compounder in Evansville, IN. Pay range based on experience level. 

Extruder Operator - Second Shift

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities
- Set up and operate production equipment
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Train and mentor production team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate production records and reports

Requirements:

- Reliable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a lead operator of a twin screw extruder
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment operation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example
