Job description

Seda North America is seeking an Extrusion Operator to join our team! If you have excellent problem-solving skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and experience in the operating plastics extrusion lines- apply here!

Seda North America is an air conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers.


Shift Hours: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday: 7am-7pm. Pay based on experience.

Specific Duties:

  • Operate extrusion equipment to create plastic sheets
  • Set up machine with proper materials based on recipe
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues in real time
  • Perform quality checks regularly


Basic Qualifications/ Physical Demands
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Must have prior experience in thermoplastics
  • Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate percentages
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or other certification a plus
  • Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift
