Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for aPressOperator - Nightsat ourNew Hope,MN pastaproduction facility.We are offering a salary of $27.78 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate andmonitorthe extrusion/press process, ensuring correct mix levels, ratios, and equipment performance

  • Check product quality during drying and quickly fix any issues

  • Set up and manage egg hoppers, ensuring proper loading and operation

  • Record machine readings and report any problemsimmediately

  • Keep work areas and equipment clean and safe

  • Perform die changes and use correct parts

  • Reportmachine issues, track downtime, andsubmitmaintenance requests as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution

  • Able to work weekends,holidaysand overtime

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing experience, with experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
