Job description

CSL Plasma Inc. is seeking a Director of Nonclinical Due Diligence & External Innovation in Waltham, MA. The role will provide scientific leadership for nonclinical due diligence supporting CSL’s in-licensing and acquisitions. Key responsibilities include overseeing nonclinical strategies, preparing high-quality reports, and mentoring team members.

The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in a related field and over 10 years of experience in nonclinical development. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a matrix environment are essential. The position requires onsite presence 3 days a week.
