The Opportunity
As a Family Home Provider, you integrate an individual into your daily life. You aren't just a caregiver; you are a mentor, a housemate, and a support system. Whether they need hands-on assistance with personal care or simply a companion to go grocery shopping and share a meal with, you provide the foundation for their independence.
What You'll Do:
  • Create a Home:Provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive living environment.
  • Daily Support:Assist with ADLs (cooking, cleaning, bathing) as required by the individual's specific care level.
  • Health Oversight:Manage and ensure the administration of all prescribed medications.
  • Empowerment:Help the individual reach personal goals and develop life skills.
  • Community Life:Include the individual in family activities and outings- share the fun!
  • Compliance:Maintain accurate daily documentation to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications
  • Education:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Age:Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Requirements:A valid Driver's License, active auto insurance, ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Communication:Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with our administrative support team.
  • The Home:Ability to pass a home safety inspection and background check.
