Position Overview:
As the Express Lane Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our express service lane, ensuring timely and efficient service to our valued customers. You will manage a team of technicians, ensuring they provide high-quality service while maintaining productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the Express Lane team, including technicians.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Express Lane, ensuring all vehicles are serviced quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to improve performance and ensure high-quality service.
  • Ensure all safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution of issues.
