In this role, you'll be the primary contact for customers from the moment they pull in, guiding them through the service process with clear communication, accurate documentation, and a commitment to getting them back on the road with confidence. What You'll Do
  • Make a strong first impression by greeting every customer promptly and professionally
  • Collect customer and vehicle information accurately at the point of arrival
  • Listen carefully and document vehicle concerns as described by the customer
  • Recommend appropriate maintenance based on mileage, vehicle age, and service history
  • Build transparent repair estimates and clearly walk customers through expected costs
  • Set realistic timelines and maintain consistent communication throughout the service visit
  • Track vehicle progress across the service lane and proactively update customers
  • Verify that completed invoices align with repair orders before presenting to the customer
  • Address any questions or concerns about repairs, services, or charges with clarity and professionalism
