Express Lane Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the operation of express checkout lanes in retail environments, such as grocery stores or supermarkets. Their main duties include ensuring fast and efficient customer service, managing staff assigned to express lanes, and resolving any issues that arise during checkout. They also monitor transaction accuracy, enforce item limits, and help maintain a smooth flow of customers. Express Lane Managers play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction by minimizing wait times and providing a positive shopping experience.

How does an express lane manager typically collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow?
