Location: Malvern, PA. M/F Remote. T/W/TH On-site
Length: 18 months +
Interview Process: 2 steps. 2nd round is an on-site interview, so candidates must be close enough to make it

Position: Python/AI/ML Engineer
They are looking for an expert engineer/developer with a year or two experience with generative AI (genAI is only a few years old from the perspective of the user).
Day to day:
* Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions to address various business needs
* Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
* Optimize and maintain existing AI/ML models to ensure they perform efficiently and accurately
Must haves:
* Expertise with SQL and the Python programming language
*Experience with a variety of Python's frameworks and libraries for AI/ML development (e.g. anthropic, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.)
* Experience building AI/ML solutions on AWS
* 1-2 years with GenAI
* Familiarity with data engineering practices such as time series data and fact-based data and tools such as Python's Polars package
