About You 

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Education in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or other related arts field.
  • 0-3 years of job-related design experience or relevant student internship.
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Suite.
  • Additional knowledge of Revit and SketchUp software is a plus.
  • Strong visual sense and understanding of typography, composition, and color.
  • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, self-starter who has a passion for design within the built environment.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Experiential Graphic Designer to join our team! This position can be located in the Nashville or Tampa offices. Hybrid work option with three days in the office.  

This candidate should possess exceptional attention to detail and have a passion for design. Applicants can expect to work in a casual corporate office setting offering opportunities to collaborate with and learn from a diverse group of talented individuals.

 As an Experiential Graphic Designer, you will: 

  • Work with Experiential Design and Wayfinding team to develop design solutions (including but not limited to graphic, 3-dimensional, and interactive elements) to create compelling experiences based on each client’s objectives and priorities.
  • Illustrate design ideas, detail studies, and visualizations that effectively communicate the project concepts through hand sketching, photo rendering, 3D modeling, etc.
  • Generate production artwork that is drawn to scale.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of architects, and designers to ideate and articulate concepts as part of a unified design process.
  • Participate in internal design and work sessions, critiques and client reviews.
  • Follow projects through construction to completion.
  • Travel as needed for onsite meetings and or client presentations.
