Job description

We’re seeking a Designer with a minimum of two years of professional experience, preferably within an agency setting. This is a hands-on role for a designer ready to level up, contributing to impactful brand identities, campaign visuals, and pitch presentations alongside a collaborative, cross-functional creative team.

What We’re Looking For:

A visually fluent and technically sharp designer who’s ready to learn and also ready to make their mark, someone who can transform strategic insights into compelling creative. You should be comfortable working across print, digital, and brand systems, balancing design fundamentals with a sense of style, storytelling, and polish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design with agility and precision across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Format and organize copy clearly and elegantly, with a deep understanding of typographic hierarchy, flow, and spatial balance
  • Develop cohesive brand identity systems, logos (primary + secondary), icons, color palettes, typography, patterns, layout systems, and overall look-and-feel
  • Build pitch decks, brand guides, and campaign concepts that communicate ideas with clarity and impact
  • Participate in client-facing presentations, discovery sessions, and creative pitches when needed
  • Collaborate closely with Art Director and the Creative Director to bring brand ideas to life
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both internally and externally
