Our team is fully remote and internationally distributed.
The Role
We are hiring a Premium Services Manager to support clients with U.S. expat tax compliance and advisory needs.
This is a senior, client-facing role for a CPA or Enrolled Agent with strong individual tax experience and a solid understanding of U.S. tax issues affecting Americans abroad.
You will advise clients, lead consultations, explain tax positions clearly, and help deliver a professional, high-touch client experience.
What You Will Do
  • Advise clients on U.S. expat tax matters
  • Conduct paid consultations with prospective and existing clients
  • Explain tax filing outcomes and planning considerations in plain English
  • Support clients with questions involving foreign earned income, foreign tax credits, FBAR, FATCA, treaty considerations, and related reporting issues
  • Maintain timely, professional communication with clients
  • Keep client records and CRM notes accurate and current
  • Coordinate with team members to support a smooth client experience

What We Are Looking For
Required
  • Active CPA or Enrolled Agent credential
  • 5+ years of overall U.S. individual tax experience. 3-5 years specifically focused on U.S. expat tax experience with a focus on individual returns.
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. expat tax concepts, including FEIE, FTC, FBAR, FATCA, and treaty-related issues
  • Direct client-facing experience in an advisory or senior client service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Sound professional judgment and a client-focused approach

Preferred
  • Experience with Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures
  • Experience advising globally mobile individuals or cross-border clients
  • Prior experience at an expat, international, or boutique tax firm
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
