Job description

Position Overview:

This full-time teaching position includes instruction in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and other business-related coursework. In addition, this position will coordinate and supervise student Work-Based Learning experiences while expanding business partnerships throughout the community.

Responsibilities:

· Deliver high-quality business, entrepreneurship, and marketing instruction aligned to Indiana Academic Standards.

· Provide engaging, hands-on learning experiences that connect classroom concepts to real-world business applications.

· Recruit, develop, and maintain partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to create career-connected learning opportunities.

· Coordinate and supervise internships, cooperative education placements, apprenticeships, and other work-based learning experiences.

· Maintain required records, evaluations, training agreements, and program documentation.

· Communicate effectively with students, families, business partners, and staff.

· All other duties assigned by school administration.

Qualifications:

o Valid Indiana Teaching License in Business Education (or ability to obtain by start date).

o Workplace Specialist License eligibility for qualified candidates with industry experience.

o Strong organizational, communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

o Passion for entrepreneurship, career readiness, and experiential learning.
