Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions while developing individualized treatment plans designed to help each patient achieve their goals.
Whether you are an experienced clinician or early in your career, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team, expand your clinical skills, and make a meaningful impact on the patients you serve.
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to support continued progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical team
  • Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care
  • Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Connecticut Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
