Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Specialist

Fort Wayne, IN • On-site

$75K - $90K/yr

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement, PTO

Re-posted 13 days ago

Key responsibilities

  • Own the marketing engine that drives Sharetec's revenue pipeline, including managing ABM, email marketing, and landing pages.

  • Build, execute, and optimize segmented nurture campaigns and ABM programs, monitor intent signals, and surface prioritized accounts to sales.

  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to ensure marketing-to-SFDC integrations, lead routing, campaign attribution, and pipeline tracking.

Job description

Description:

Sharetec is looking for a Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team!

At Sharetec, we believe in a people-first business. Our mission is to make millions of people’s lives easier by developing innovative core banking and lending software solutions for credit unions and their members. Our customers rely on us for powerful financial technology that enhances operations across accounting, lending, member services, and online banking — and they count on us to be a caring, trusted partner in their success.

The Role

We’re looking for a Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Specialist to own the marketing engine that drives Sharetec’s revenue pipeline. This is a hands-in-the-platform role — you’ll be the operational owner of ZoomInfo ABM, Active Campaign, and Webflow, and you’ll be responsible for building the marketing-sourced pipeline that fuels Sharetec’s growth.

This is a brand new role at Sharetec, and a significant one. You’ll work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate closely with the Marketing Associate, the Product Marketing & Demo Specialist, and the Salesforce Administrator to ensure every campaign is measurable, attributable, and connected to revenue outcomes.

If you’ve run ABM programs, built nurture sequences that convert, and know how to close the loop between marketing activity and Salesforce pipeline data in a B2B SaaS environment, we’d love to talk.

Position Details

This is a full-time, exempt position. Candidates may work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with the exception of California. Candidates based in the Eastern or Central time zone are strongly preferred. Travel is expected at less than 20%, primarily for the annual Users Conference and occasional team meetings.

The starting salary range for this position is $75,000 – $90,000 based on experience, plus bonus eligibility.

Who Will Love This Job

  • Someone who finds more satisfaction in making something better than building something new — and understands why that’s harder
  • Someone who believes that technology serving people’s financial lives is worth doing with real care and precision
  • Someone who is energized by a company in motion — where the roadmap is growing and your contributions shape the direction
  • Someone who is as comfortable presenting to an executive team as they are rolling up their sleeves to solve a customer’s operational problem
  • Someone who measures success in pipeline dollars, not vanity metrics — and can prove it
  • Someone who lives inside marketing platforms and pushes them to their limit
  • Someone who is as comfortable in a Salesforce workflow build as they are in a campaign strategy conversation
  • Someone who is excited to build something from scratch and put their fingerprints on a growing company’s go-to-market engine

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

ABM Program Execution — ZoomInfo

  • Own the ZoomInfo ABM platform end-to-end: ICP account list construction, intent data monitoring, contact enrichment, and territory-level targeting
  • Monitor intent signals and surface prioritized accounts to the sales team weekly
  • Own ZoomInfo data hygiene and Salesforce sync

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution — Active Campaign

  • Own the Active Campaign platform: workflow architecture, list segmentation, lead scoring, automation sequences, and SFDC integration
  • Build and manage segmented nurture campaigns for new logo prospects and upsell targets
  • Report campaign performance to the CRO weekly: open rates, click-through rates, MQL conversions, and pipeline influence

Landing Page Development — Webflow

  • Build and maintain campaign-specific landing pages in Webflow for ABM campaigns, product launches, event promotion, and gated content
  • Optimize conversion performance through A/B testing and iterative improvement
  • Ensure all pages reflect current brand standards and integrate with Active Campaign and Salesforce

Salesforce Integration & Technical Collaboration

  • Partner with the Salesforce Administrator as the primary marketing-side technical collaborator for all marketing-to-SFDC integrations
  • Co-own lead routing rules, campaign member statuses, MQL assignment logic, lifecycle stage transitions, and opportunity influence tracking
  • Own UTM structure, campaign attribution, and pipeline source tracking in partnership with the Salesforce Administrator

Pipeline Reporting & Analytics

  • Own the marketing-sourced pipeline dashboard and deliver weekly reports to the CRO
  • Provide biweekly performance insights identifying wins, underperforming segments, and optimization opportunities
  • Deliver quarterly CAC and marketing ROI analysis across channels

Qualified Candidates Should Have

Required

  • 4–6 years of experience in demand generation, marketing operations, or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on, platform-level proficiency with ZoomInfo (ABM, intent data, audience building) and Active Campaign or a comparable marketing automation platform
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing ABM campaigns — ICP targeting, account segmentation, and territory-aligned outreach
  • Webflow experience: ability to build and publish campaign landing pages without developer support
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency — campaign tracking, lead routing, pipeline attribution reporting
  • Proven ability to own a marketing-sourced pipeline number and report on it with credibility
  • Excellent analytical capability — dashboards, attribution data, presenting findings to senior leadership

Preferred

  • Experience in fintech, core banking software, or the credit union industry
  • Background working alongside a creative/content marketer and a product marketer in a collaborative team
  • Experience with SEO, paid social, or PPC as supporting demand generation channels
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
