  • Location: Boca Raton, FL – LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE
  • On-site position (100%); Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm in office with ability to be reached / on call after hours as needed with this 24/7 company & C-Suite operation. Schedule is ever-changing and quick-changing as business and client needs call for it.
  • Compensation: broad salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience (at Company’s discretion); performance bonus potential; benefits

Summary – Executive Assistant Executive Administrator to Company Leadership:


Well-established, growing Company seeks an Executive Assistant (EA) / Executive Administrator to provides high-level, strategic support to Company leadership. The EA manages schedules, acts as gatekeeper, handles sensitive data with strict trust, and lead special projects to help senior leadership focus on big-goal decisions and accomplishing goals. Select individual will provides administrative and organizational support for leadership teams and executives. Position requires highly effective communication and computer skills, strong operational judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under time-sensitive conditions in a fast-paced environment. KEY TO THE SUCCESS OF THE POSITION: Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm) and be reached / on call after hours as needed with this 24/7 company operation – schedule is ever-changing and quick-changing as business and client needs call for it.


Qualifications – Executive Assistant Executive Administrator to Company Leadership:


  • Minimum 3 years’ leadership level up to C-suite executive support experience REQUIRED
  • Ability to work in-office Monday through Friday (9:00am to 5:00pm) and be reached / on call after hours as needed with this 24/7 company operation
  • Experience in private corporate travel (private aviation, etc.), private luxury hospitality, or similar industry preferred – if none, shows a willingness to learn
  • Proven administrative / operations experience with the ability to be client-facing / personable
  • Bachelors level degree preferred but not required if industry experience is relevant
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Proficiency with scheduling systems and CRM platforms
  • Strong personality and cultural fit to existing, growing company
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Highly effective communication skills (spoken, written)
  • Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously under pressure in fast-paced, high-stress environments
  • Ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities
