Interface professionally with investors, board members, customers, partners, and other external stakeholders
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist with recruiting coordination, candidate scheduling, and onboarding activities as the company scales
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement best practices across executive support functions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong written and verbal communication abilities with executive-level professionalism
Ability to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines with minimal direction
High degree of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
Experience coordinating board meetings, investor relations activities, and executive communications strongly preferred
Exposure to energy, infrastructure, power generation, utilities, construction, engineering, technology, or data center industries is highly desirable
Experience supporting organizations involved in large-scale capital projects is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive "figure it out" mindset
Ability to anticipate executive needs and operate as a trusted business partner
Collaborative personality with the ability to build credibility and trust across all levels of an organization

Compensation & Benefits:
