Job description

Provide white-glove desktop and endpoint support to senior executives and leadership at the 59th Street office. The Senior Technician serves as the primary on-site technology resource, delivering high-touch, reliable support while maintaining a professional executive-ready presence. This role is primarily focused on desktop and device support, with a working knowledge of AV and collaboration tools to assist with executive meeting environments.
 

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver hands-on, white-glove technology support for executives across Windows and macOS platforms, including hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.

  • Manage end-to-end device lifecycle: provisioning, imaging, deployment, and retirement of executive endpoints.

  • Perform endpoint management tasks including patching, compliance monitoring, and software deployment via enterprise tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune).

  • Support executive mobile devices (iOS/Android), peripherals, and accessories.

  • Maintain accurate asset records, documentation, and support procedures for executive technology environments.

  • Provide first-level support for executive conference rooms and huddle spaces, including video conferencing setup and troubleshooting (Microsoft Teams, Zoom).

  • Conduct pre-meeting room checks to ensure all technology is functional ahead of high-priority meetings.

  • Escalate complex room system issues to the Enterprise Collaboration team as needed.

  • Operate within established SLAs, ticketing standards, and service protocols while maintaining thorough ticket documentation.

  • Maintain a calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach in high-pressure, executive-facing situations.

  • Collaborate with the broader Executive Technology team and participate in knowledge-sharing and process improvement efforts.


 

Job Qualification

Associate's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience, required.

HIGHLY PREFERRED

  • Prior executive or VIP support experience preferred.

  • Proficiency troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows 11 and macOS.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and enterprise endpoint management tools.

  • Experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune or VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf Cloud.

  • Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom) and conference room AV setups.

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.

  • Experience using an ITSM platform such as ServiceNow.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a polished, executive-ready presence and excellent communication skills.
