Responsibilities
- Configure, integrate, and test video systems for live event projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical equipment issues
- Maintain software and firmware updates for video equipment
- Support quality control and equipment return processes
- Create and maintain system diagrams and technical documentation
- Assist with inventory management and equipment recommendations
- Provide technical guidance and support to warehouse and production teams
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams on project solutions
- Ensure equipment and packaging standards are maintained
- 10+ years of experience in live event video production
- Strong knowledge of live production video systems
- Experience with broadcast video switchers, cameras, and related equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot video, audio, and networking issues
