LMG is seeking a Systems Manager, Video to oversee the planning, deployment, optimization, and technical execution of advanced video systems supporting meetings, live events, and concert touring environments. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure video systems are reliable, scalable, and show-ready across a wide range of productions.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Systems Manager, Video, you will oversee video system design, deployment strategies, technical workflows, and team development to support successful event execution.
Video Systems Leadership - Oversee the planning, setup, operation, and optimization of video systems supporting meetings, live events, and concert touring productions
Systems Packaging & Kitting - Design and improve product packaging, system workflows, and kitting strategies to streamline deployment efficiency and operational consistency
Large Scale Video Switching - Manage complex, high pixel-count video switching systems including Barco E2, Analog Way, and similar switching infrastructure
Projection & Screen Systems - Support projection technologies, screen configurations, alignment, and system performance optimization for diverse venue environments
LED & Media Server Support - Ensure successful implementation of LED systems, media servers, signal distribution, and touring video workflows
Technical Troubleshooting - Travel to event sites to provide advanced troubleshooting, technical support, and system optimization when required
Team Leadership & Mentorship - Supervise, mentor, and support video technicians while reinforcing technical best practices and operational standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure technical requirements and show expectations are met
Quality Assurance & Reliability - Maintain high standards for video quality, redundancy, reliability, and system readiness across all deployments
Process Improvement & Innovation - Identify workflow improvements, evaluate emerging technologies, and support continuous advancement of video systems operations
What We're Looking For
• 5-7 years of experience supporting meetings, live events, concert touring, or similar environments with a focus on video systems
• Strong technical knowledge of video switching infrastructure, signal flow, and large-format video systems
• Experience with projection systems, screen technologies, alignment, and system configuration
• Familiarity with LED walls, media servers, and touring video environments
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor technicians and support operational excellence
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced production environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Willingness to travel as needed to support show execution and technical success
