Position Overview
South Western Communications (SWC), a nationally recognized healthcare technology integrator and one of the nation's leading Rauland Nurse Call distributors, is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Healthcare Account Executive to drive aggressive growth throughout assigned healthcare markets. This is a hunter-first sales role focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while expanding strategic relationships within existing accounts.
The ideal candidate thrives on competition, enjoys opening doors that others cannot, and possesses the persistence, resilience, and discipline required to consistently exceed sales targets.
The Healthcare Account Executive will be responsible for generating demand, creating opportunities, leading complex healthcare technology sales cycles, and helping healthcare organizations improve patient care, staff communication, safety, workflow efficiency, and operational outcomes through innovative technology solutions.

โ€ข Experience utilizing Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
