Executive Assistant (remote/hybrid *must be located in the Orlando, FL area)

This role provides high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO, managing business operations, scheduling, travel, communications, special projects, and personal matters. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, resourceful, proactive, and capable of anticipating needs while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. 
Responsibilities:
Assist with accounting, financial reports, expenses and financial recordkeeping.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and events; resolve scheduling conflicts.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinate multiple ongoing priorities, coordinate follow ups.
Requirements:
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Understanding of accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Proficiency with google sheets, docs, Excel and standard office software.
Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small, evolving environment.
