Job description

Warrant Technologies is expanding our Digital Engineering practice and seeking a Product Architect - Teamcenter to help transform how federal, aerospace, and defense organizations design, build, sustain, and modernize critical systems. This is a high-impact technical leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and mission-driven digital transformation.
As a Product Architect, you will guide customers through the transition from legacy engineering tools to modern, model-centric, digitally integrated environments. You will envision, design, and build capabilities that accelerate adoption of Siemens PLM technologies-enabling customers to achieve true digital thread and digital twin integration across the lifecycle.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, working directly with customer engineering teams, Warrant technical leaders, and Siemens experts to deliver solutions that improve readiness, reduce sustainment burden, and strengthen national security.
What You'll Do
  • Understand customer missions, goals, and engineering challenges-and translate them into actionable digital transformation initiatives.
  • Apply industry best practices and Siemens solution templates to architect modern PLM capabilities.
  • Analyze existing technology stacks, engineering workflows, and data structures supporting serialized assets and sustainment operations.
  • Develop functional and non-functional requirements for PLM and digital engineering solutions.
  • Conduct fit-gap analyses and lead process reengineering efforts to modernize customer operations.
  • Lead customer workshops to clarify requirements, validate designs, and build alignment around solution direction.
  • Support the creation of solution strategies, technical approaches, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Review design specifications for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with mission needs.
  • Define and document use cases that drive system behavior and integration.
  • Participate in solution validation through test planning, test execution, and requirements traceability.
  • Advise on data migration, integration with legacy systems, and long-term sustainment strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues in collaboration with SMEs, administrators, and Siemens support teams.
  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations while demonstrating technical leadership and thought partnership.
  • Support project management activities to ensure quality, schedule, and mission success.

Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of Teamcenter configuration (BMIDE), Visualization, and BOM/CAD Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial/Systems Engineering, or equivalent PLM experience.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Teamcenter in enterprise environments.
  • Multiple years of customer-facing consulting or technical leadership experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, managers, and executives.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to leverage additional resources and expertise when needed.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PLM data constructs and enterprise data modeling.
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter Manufacturing (MFG), Service Lifecycle Management (SLM), or MRO modules.
  • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or federal engineering programs.
