Position OverviewAltitude Color Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive sales growth and develop long-term client relationships within the large and grand format digital printing industry.
This role is ideal for a proven sales professional with experience in trade show graphics, experiential marketing, retail environments, events, signage, fabric graphics, or wide-format print production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands complex project workflows, and can confidently manage high-value client accounts from concept through production and delivery.
The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and acting as a strategic partner to clients while collaborating closely with internal production and project management teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with:Experiential agencies
Trade show companies
Event producers
Retail brands
Corporate marketing teamsEntertainment and hospitality clientsGenerate new business through networking, outreach, referrals, and industry relationships
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-project follow-up
Work closely with estimating, prepress, production, and installation teams to ensure project success
Prepare quotes, presentations, and project proposals
Understand client objectives and recommend appropriate print and display solutions
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with internal departments
Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline reporting
Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed
Help identify opportunities for operational improvements and expanded service offerings

Required QualificationsMinimum 5 years experience in large format printing, signage, experiential marketing, trade shows, or related industries
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing client accounts
Strong understanding of large/grand format print production workflows
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production-driven environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
