  • Maximize Client Growth: Cultivate and expand your client portfolio, driving renewals and upselling opportunities. We're invested in long-term partnerships.
  • Be a Key Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, partners, and athletic departments to foster strong, collaborative relationships. We work together.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales success, demonstrating your drive and capability. We value experience and hustle.
  • Sports Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to sell integrated sports marketing partnerships, including signage, radio, social, and digital elements. We know sports.
  • Negotiation Mastery: Exceptional negotiation skills, enabling you to influence key stakeholders and close deals. We're deal-makers.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding presentation, organizational, and communication abilities. We communicate with impact.
  • Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social, content, banners, mobile, retargeting, websites, and analytics. We're digital-first.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance is required.
