Salary Range: $99,000 – $130,000 per year
Position Summary
A growing healthcare organization seeks an experienced Senior Net Revenue Analyst to join its Finance department in Houston, Texas. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring an onsite presence with the ability to report on short notice. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in net revenue analysis, healthcare accounting practices, and specialized financial software platforms. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on financial operations within a dynamic healthcare environment while working alongside dedicated finance professionals.
Core Responsibilities
  • Analyze and reconcile net revenue across multiple business units and service lines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare accounting standards
  • Prepare detailed revenue variance reports and ad-hoc analyses to support executive leadership decision-making and strategic planning
  • Manage revenue posting, adjustments, and write-offs while maintaining detailed documentation and audit trails
  • Collaborate with clinical departments, billing teams, and revenue cycle management to identify discrepancies and implement corrective action plans
