  • Support marketing email campaigns, including email creation, list pulls and audience segmentation and analysis of campaign performance and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sponsorship brochures, sales collateral and other sales enablement materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, data quality and team efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, advertising, marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, marketing, business development; preferably in media, advertising or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, email marketing platforms or other sales and marketing technology is a plus.
