Responsibilities

Lead our sales division by setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of high performance.

Requirements

Active Rhode Island Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

Minimum of 7 years of successful insurance sales experience.

Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing sales teams.

Deep understanding of the Rhode Island insurance market landscape.

Strong analytical skills for forecasting and operational strategy.

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
