Mission:
We are seeking a strategic Global Product Manager to own global product strategy, market positioning, and lifecycle performance for CenTrak’s RTLS healthcare solutions. This role translates customer, market, and business insights into clear product direction, commercially viable roadmap priorities, and successful global launches. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare technology and market experience, partners closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Services, Marketing, and Operations, and is comfortable balancing customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities:
- Hardware and Firmware Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of RTLS hardware and firmware ensuring performance and reliability in clinical settings. Garner deep technical and functional understanding of CenTrak’s portfolio and technology stack.
- Global Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership: Define and champion the global product strategy for CenTrak’s RTLS solutions, aligning product direction with company priorities, market needs, customer outcomes, and commercial goals.
- Roadmap & Business Prioritization: Build and maintain a global product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer value, market opportunity, revenue impact, competitive differentiation, technical feasibility, and lifecycle needs.
- Product Backlog Leadership: Prioritize a global product backlog with a clear focus on business value, technical feasibility, and market impact.
- Voice of Customer (VOC) Leadership: Establish a consistent VOC approach with clinicians, hospital administrators, partners, sales, services, and field teams to validate problems, define outcomes, and translate insights into product requirements.
- Commercialization & Go-to-Market Partnership: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, and Training to define product value propositions, launch plans, enablement materials, demo narratives, and adoption strategies.
- Cross-Functional Product Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, PMO, Supply Chain, Quality/Regulatory, Finance, and Operations to ensure roadmap clarity, execution alignment, risk visibility, and successful delivery.
- Lifecycle & Performance Management: Manage product performance across the full lifecycle, including adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue contribution, field reliability, sustainment needs, and end-of-life planning where appropriate.
- Business Case & Investment Support: Develop data-informed business cases, pricing and packaging input, opportunity assessments, and benefit realization measures to support investment decisions and product portfolio planning.
- Metrics, Reporting & Executive Communication: Define, track, and communicate product KPIs, roadmap progress, customer outcomes, competitive insights, and business impact to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Global Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a product subject matter expert for internal teams, customers, and partner networks, bringing a global, cross-cultural perspective to product decisions and market-facing communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline; advanced degrees or hybrid technical/business backgrounds preferred.
- 6-8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or product ownership with demonstrated success managing healthcare technology, connected devices, software-enabled solutions, or complex B2B products.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology, clinical operations, and/or RTLS, IoT, SaaS, MedTech, or enterprise workflow solutions; global product experience is highly desirable.
- Experience building product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, market requirements, value propositions, and go-to-market plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through launch, adoption, sustainment, and lifecycle optimization.
- Experience gathering VOC from customers, users, sales, services, and partner stakeholders and translating insights into actionable product direction and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to conduct product demos, executive presentations, market briefings, and customer-facing discussions that clearly communicate product value and business impact.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to operate effectively across cultures and time zones.
- Ability to make data-informed decisions in ambiguous situations, balance customer needs with business priorities, and connect short-term execution to long-term product strategy.
- Willingness and ability to travel (25-35%) to customer sites, industry events, partner meetings, and internal CenTrak or Halma meetings to capture feedback and support global alignment.
