  • You will own top-of-funnel work, book qualified meetings, and help build a stronger sales motion from the ground up.
What you'll do
  • Prospect GovCon accounts across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound interest and respond fast.
  • Book qualified meetings for sales and delivery leaders.
  • Keep CRM notes, activity, and next steps clean.
  • Run campaigns by service line and refine messaging.
  • Help route multi-service opportunities to the right teams.
  • Support conference follow-up and outbound before events.
Must-Haves
  • 1-3 years in SDR, BDR, or high-activity sales.
  • Strong outbound calling skills and thick skin.
  • Clear, concise business writing.
  • Strong qualification skills and coachability.
