Associate Attorney - Construction Defect & Business Litigation (Remote)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000-$120,000
Represent clients in complex construction defect, civil, and business litigation matters while working remotely with a respected litigation firm that values collaboration, hands-on case involvement, and professional growth. This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful cases, work directly with clients, and continue developing your litigation practice alongside an experienced legal team.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need
  • 5-10 years of civil litigation experience.
  • Experience handling construction defect and business litigation matters.
  • Strong legal writing and research skills.
  • Active Arizona Bar license.
  • Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a remote legal team.
