We're looking for a Sales Executive III to join our ever-evolving Merchant Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you'll drive growth by helping businesses unlock new opportunities through innovative payment solutions, influencing decisions at the owner and C-suite level, and creating measurable business outcomes for clients. Your success will directly contribute to expanding our market presence, strengthening client relationships, and advancing Global Payments' mission to power commerce worldwide. What you'll own:
  • Build and grow a high-value sales pipeline that expands market share, creates new revenue opportunities and delivers consistent quota attainment.

  • Influence business owners and executive leaders by identifying growth opportunities and delivering payment solutions that improve client performance, cash flow, and operational efficiency.

  • Create long-term client value by developing trusted relationships that drive customer acquisition, retention, and business growth.

  • Leverage market insights, referral networks and prospect engagement strategies to accelerate sales performance and uncover new opportunities in target markets.

  • Partner across teams to strengthen client outcomes, contribute to business growth initiatives, and help drive the continued success of the sales organization.

What you'll bring:
  • 2-4 years of consultative sales experience with a track record of identifying client needs, recommending solutions and delivering measurable business results.

  • Demonstrated success building relationships with business owners, executives and key decision-makers to influence outcomes and close opportunities.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to uncover challenges, align solutions to client goals, and create value-driven conversations.

  • Proven ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline while maintaining accountability for performance and revenue outcomes.

  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with resilience, curiosity and drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel to meet with customers/clients up to 20% per year.
