Qualis LLC is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead, develop, and write compelling proposals for complex Federal Government contracts. The ideal candidate will work from our corporate office in Huntsville, AL, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and business development leaders to deliver high‑scoring, compliant proposals. This role focuses on traditional technical proposal writing, leveraging modern collaboration and productivity tools to streamline workflows and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Proposal Writing & Development: Draft clear, compliant, and persuasive executive summaries, technical narratives, and management plans.
  • SME Interviews: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex technical concepts into clear, high‑level proposal content.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all content strictly adheres to RFP instructions, evaluation criteria, and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Content Repository Management: Maintain and update a repository of proposal content (boilerplate, past performance, templates) for efficient organization and reuse.
  • Market Research & BD Support: Conduct market research and support business development by updating opportunity databases and SharePoint trackers.
  • Corporate Communications: Assist with drafting internal and external materials (newsletters, press releases, marketing collateral) as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Business, or a related field. A technical degree or background is a plus.
