Summary: A highly reputable engineering consulting firm is seeking an Administrative & Executive Support Assistant to join their team in Rocky Hill. This role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with executive-level support for regional management and engineer leadership teams. Responsibilities: * Provide administrative and executive support to the Regional Manager and Engineer leadership teams * Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with scheduling for internal teams and leadership * Serve as a liaison between clients, agencies, and project teams * Coordinate office operations, including events, team activities, and day-to-day administrative needs * Manage office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing and vendor interactions * Assist with documentation organization, and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems * Support the preparation of proposals, conducting research, reports, and regulatory submittals * Assemble and edit technical documents and reports as needed * Support leadership with other tasks as needed Qualifications: * Administrative, executive support, or project team support experience in a professional office setting * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * High attention to detail, including proofreading and document accuracy * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Experience working in architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) environments is a plus
