We're hiring for a hybrid role. You'll work on-site with your team several days each week (typically 2-3), with the specific days set by your manager. Because regular in-person collaboration is central to this job, we look for candidates who live within about 50 miles of the office.

About the Role

The Renewals Executive plays a critical role in maintaining and expanding Everfox's relationships with existing customers across the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, and New Zealand. You will drive revenue growth through renewals, retention, and expansion opportunities while partnering closely with field representatives, system integrators, valueadded resellers, and internal teams.


This role directly contributes to Everfox's reputation for exceptional customer care and supports clients in leveraging Everfox's industryleading web, data, and email content security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Renewals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Everfox customers to secure renewals, ensure satisfaction, and maintain high retention rates.
  • Partner with Sales, Channel, field teams, system integrators, and valueadded resellers to uncover crosssell and upsell opportunities.
  • Use Everfox's multichannel approach to position the best security solutions for each customer's unique needs.

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan focused on renewals and account growth.
  • Prioritize daily activities and customer interactions to meet renewal and expansion targets.

Pipeline & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and report regularly to senior management on renewal status and expansion progress.
  • Track all customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce and internal systems, ensuring timely followup and closure.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with internal teams - including Sales Engineering, Channel, and Executive leadership - to bring in the right resources at the right time.
  • Participate actively in internal and external meetings, sharing insights and contributing to continuous improvement of renewal strategies.

Customer Engagement & Outreach

  • Conduct outbound calls to end users and resellers to manage opportunities, gather insights, secure renewals, and close sales.
  • Attend external customer meetings as needed to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for further account growth.

Risk Management

  • Identify atrisk renewals early and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers to develop mitigation plans.
  • Escalate complex or highrisk renewal cases to ensure successful outcomes.

Professional Development

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in Everfox products.
  • Continuously strengthen sales skills through internal training and selfdirected learning.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding existing accounts in a B2B environment.
  • Experience navigating government procurement processes.
  • Strong background in closing business deals, particularly within hightech or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Experience selling to CSuite executives is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customerengagement skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

A reasonable estimate of the on-target earnings ("OTE") for this role is between:

$86,700.00-132,900.00 USD

The actual OTE offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to the OTE, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide specific information regarding OTE and benefits offerings.
