A global asset manager is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Real Estate team, providing high-level administrative and organizational support to senior executives.
Compensation : $50 - $65
Job ID : 45001
Job Function:
  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring seamless time management.
  • Oversee executive travel arrangements through Concur, handling flights, hotels, ground transportation, and visa requirements.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.

Job Requirements:
  • Proficient in Concur, required.
  • 5+ years of Executive Assi.stant experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the MD/SMD/C-suite level
  • Financial Services industry preferred.
