The Position:
The Account Executive Position exists to serve as a liaison between the Morales Group, Staffing Operations and Clients The position is also responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships within the MGI client base. This position will serve as a client advocate to ensure satisfaction in delivery of services. The Account Executive position will be considered a product specialist and interface with the Branch Managers and Sales to provide oversight and guidance on major client and on-boarding.
The Duties:
• Provide account management and client advocacy. This would entail building rapport with clients and exploring new revenue opportunities within the client base. This position will also serve as a client advocate and liaison for any areas of concern or delivery of services for the client
• Lead special projects as assigned that will advance and enhance the consistency of Morales Group service delivery to the Client Base
• Sales Product Specialist: Provide technical sales and presentation support to the Morales Group sales force in order to generate new business revenue within the existing Morales Group client base
• Act as Liaison between MGI Salesforce and Branch Managers to provide oversight and guidance on major clients and on-boarding
• Review scope of projects and participate in the startup of new large projects
• Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
• Driving sustainable growth while insuring a consistent client and employee experience.
• Cross selling company products and services to key and major account segments to achieve defined operational targets
• Researching and prospecting companies and scheduling face-to-face presentations with high level decision makers and influencers
• Partnering with other team members, Sales & Branch Managers, to facilitate the transition of account responsibility and ensure accurate, smooth, and cost effective implementation.
• Completing, updating, and maintaining client files, building client spec information and sharing best practices
• Assisting in collections if needed and responsibility with regards to risk management
• Others duties as assigned
• Maintains good communication/working relationships with all departments in the organization.
• Reports all hazardous conditions/equipment to his/her manager immediately
• Uses independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization in the performance of these duties
• Works cooperatively as a team member with co-workers in all department of the organization
• Maintains excellent working relationship with co-workers, clients, and employees
• Stays abreast of federal regulations for wage/labor laws, follows "Department of Labor Laws" for Federal/State specific
The Qualities:
• Ability to speak,read, and write in English at a level appropriate for the job and communicate effectively
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and or other languages is a plus
• Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Department of Labor Laws both Federal/State specific preferred
• High School and Higher Education preferred
