Department: Reservations / Guest Services 
Type: Full-Time - Evening Position 3pm-11pm
 
Stillwaters Resort in Branson, Missouri is seeking a motivated and guest-focused Reservationist to join our reservations team. This role is responsible for handling incoming reservation inquiries, converting calls into bookings, and providing exceptional service to guests planning their stay. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a sales-driven hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities •Answer incoming reservation calls in a professional and courteous manner •Convert reservation inquiries into confirmed bookings •Provide accurate information regarding room types, rates, amenities, and resort policies •Assist guests with new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests •Upsell room upgrades, packages, and resort amenities when appropriate •Maintain accurate guest and reservation records •Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals (call volume, conversion, revenue) •Handle guest concerns with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach •Collaborate with front desk and management to ensure seamless guest experiences 
 
Qualifications & Skills •Previous customer service, call center, sales, or hospitality experience preferred •Strong verbal communication and active listening skills •Comfortable handling a high volume of calls •Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment •Basic computer skills; experience with reservation or property management systems is a plus •Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented •Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed
