Aspirus Health in is seeking a SVP- SYSTEM CHIEF NURSING EXECUTIVE to join our CARE INTEGRATION team!
Reporting to the SVP, Acute Care Services Aspirus, Inc. serves as the Health System's Chief Nursing Executive. The SVP - System CNE is responsible for the development and oversight of progressive, high quality, cost effective integrated nursing programs and patient care models. Accountable for ensuring that all key areas of responsibility are aligned and achieve strategic plan implementation. Exercises leadership responsibility designed to ensure efficient services that meet the needs of patients, physicians, employees, and the community throughout the Aspirus Health System.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Knowledge of hospital management and policy administration, as well as development and implementation of budgets, strategies and standards normally acquired through completion of an advanced degree in Nursing (DNP or PHD), Hospital Administration/Business Administration, or related health field required. If advanced degree is not in Nursing, a BSN is required.
  • Ten (10) or more years in progressive healthcare leadership positions with at least 5 in a regional or system CNO/CNE role in a highly matrixed Integrated Healthcare System.
  • Five (5) years' assigned responsibility for multiple clinical departments, as well as familiarity with program management, strategic planning, clinical coordination, quality programs and high reliability and patient safety principles are beneficial.
  • Demonstrated experience with collaboration practice and transformative technological enabling models of care preferred.
  • Possesses an active Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Michigan Registered Nurse license or compact license.
