POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Executive Assistant to Senior Management operates at a senior professional level, providing high-impact administrative, operational, and strategic support to six Executive Vice Presidents and secondary support to the CEO and Board of Directors. This role requires independent decision-making, advanced organizational judgement, and the ability to influence and coordinate at the highest level of the credit union. The Executive Assistant to Senior management will use discretion, judgement, confidentiality and knowledge of the organization to facilitate Senior Executive activities as well as support organizational objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Executive Partnerships: Provides direct support to six Executive Vice Presidents, each responsible for enterprise-wide functional areas.
* Board & Committee Packages: Produces Board of Directors and committee materials, delivering high-risk, high-visibility work requiring precision, confidentiality, and executive-level communication.
* Schedules & Meetings: Manages calendars, interviews, in-person and virtual meetings, and onboarding activities in support of the executive team.
* Reports & Presentations: Supports Executive Vice Presidents and their teams in the preparation of monthly reports, presentation materials, and executive packages.
* Events & Meetings: Coordinates headquarters functions, meetings, and special events.
* Priorities & Efficiencies: Operates with minimal direction, independently determining priorities, resolving issues, and creating efficiencies that enhance executive effectiveness.
* Partnerships & Relationships: Collaborates with leaders across the organization and external stakeholders, representing the interests of Senior Executives in cross-functional coordination and strategic relationship management.
* Judgment & Decisions: Exercises professional discretion in managing sensitive information, appropriately escalating issues, and anticipating organizational needs.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS
* Two to five plus years or progressive responsibilities supporting senior-executive leadership, including support of multiple executives simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, diplomacy and tact are essential to this role.
* Must be highly motivated, ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
* Excellent organizational, proofreading and editing skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat pro, Teams, and Email.
* Systematically manages time, maintains an orderly workspace, prioritizes projects, completes tasks in a timely manner, and maximizes productivity in a fast-paced environment.


EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
* BS or BA college degree in business or relevant field.
* Five years to eight years of similar or related experience providing executive-level administrative support.


WORK ARRANGEMENT:
The working arrangement for this position is a minimum of 4 days in person. Hybrid work can be an opportunity to find the right balance between working in the office and remotely, especially if it supports individual success and the needs of our organization. Hybrid schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business unit needs and may vary by department.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel will be required for ongoing training, meetings and/or other business needs.
