Job description

Position Title: Staff Operations Officer - Senior

Position Overview:

S2Technologies is actively seeking a Senior Staff Operations Officer to provide executive support services to senior leadership within the Science and Technology Directorate's Office of Space and Counterspace (SCS).

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and schedules.
  • Provide all required support of Staff Meetings, Town Halls, and any other individual or reoccurring meetings to include setting up conference rooms, running meeting slides,

taking meeting minutes and completing open action items (if required) and conducting post-meeting conference room close out (turning off computers systems, lights, etc.).

  • Draft, edit, and review executive-level correspondence, guidance, and summaries.
  • Process travel orders and related documentation.
  • Develop and maintain office-level Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and special events.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
  • Prepare executive-level briefs and summaries as needed.
  • Assist in creating visual charts, graphics, and presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior executive assistant or executive support role, preferably within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
  • Proficiency using DARTs: Provides all ingesting, cataloguing, organizing, distributing, monitoring, status updates and close-outs for all official DARTs and non-DARTs taskings as required by the COR/TPOC;
  • Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level in fast-paced, high operational tempo environments.
  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field Required)

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working with the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly

Education: Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field Required)

Salary Range: $80,000 - $140,000
