About the Role

Clutch is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Strategy and Business Operations team. You will drive key operational and strategic initiatives across the business, working closely with the VP of Strategy & Business Operations and executive leadership. This role requires a self-motivated, analytical, and hands-on operator who can navigate complex, ambiguous challenges while driving measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the operating rhythm of the business, including preparing presentations for executive, board, and internal meetings, and managing organizational communication
  • Leverage data to generate insights and support strategic recommendations; build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics, trends, and performance
  • Build consensus among leadership across Operations, Marketing, Revenue, Supply, and Product to push forward strategic initiatives
  • Execute special projects including new product launches, margin expansion, and operational optimization
  • Forecast and plan company-wide objectives, analyze strategic rationale, and assess P&L impact of business initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development, or 3+ years in a high-growth technology company in BizOps, Strategic Finance, or Strategy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Willing to work on-site at our downtown Toronto headquarters (60 Adelaide St. E); remote candidates will not be considered
  • Execution-driven attitude and willingness to "roll up your sleeves"
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across teams and levels
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, operationally intensive environments
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent high-quality output
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating an evolving business environment
